William earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2016 and his Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's in 2015. He was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2019. The State Bar of Texas lists his practice areas as Insurance and Litigation: Personal Injury.
